Purchase Process

Reservation
  • Provide customer information

  • Both parties sign the contract and pay a 20% down payment

  • The registration fee and administrative charges for the pre-sale property title deed amount to approximately AED 1,150. The title deed is expected to be obtained within 1–2 months.

Payment Process
